William Frey, b. 20 May 1857, in Syracuse, Onondaga, New York. He is the father of George Peter Frey.

My Dad (Lloyd Frey) thinks this is a picture of his aunt, Ruth Adeline Frey daughter of William Frey. We wondered if the older woman was Charlotte May Frey but Margret Rudd K. sent the information below. Thank you Margret! My Dad was hesitant in identifying the older woman so Margret's input confirmed his hesitation.If anyone has other information please let me know.

"Sorry to say that the one may be of Ruth (Frey) Hardebeck, but not with Charlotte, nor with any of the Frey sisters. Lottie was taller, and , and looked a bit like Eleanor Roosevelt. Grace and Mabel were much smaller than the woman in that pic. The dresses and gloves look a bit like mourning clothes. Could this be Ruth's mother-in-law?"
